We apply multiple manufacturing processes to obtain materials with high mechanical characteristics in terms of comfort, softness and flexibility, from which our pillows, foam mattress-core and blocks are made.
The combination of selected next-generation materials with high technological content, enable us to enhance our products’ features so as to attain different degrees of softness and elasticity, resulting in innovative, top quality products tailored to our customers’ needs.
Our moulded pillows are mainly made up of 3 different materials: MemoryFoam, which adapts to the shape of the body, SuperSoft a viscoelastic material which exerts an upward force that opposes the weight of the body while supporting the nape and neck, and Gel, a mouldable material, combined with the two materials mentioned above. Each blend can be combined with a wide range of fragrances, from perfumes to essential oils.
MemoryFoam is a cutting-edge, self-contouring and heat-sensitive material, originally used in the aerospace field to mitigate the pressures to which astronauts were subjected. In fact, after compression, this material slowly regains its original shape, thus providing a wrap-around and protective effect on the neck/body.
We use MemoryFoam to create a wide range of collections, such as MemoryCare, SmartLine and many others. Thanks to the material’s extreme versatility, we are able to create different blends with various load-bearing capacities to suit any need.
SuperSoft is a viscoelastic material with greater softness compared to latex. It differs from MemoryFoam (which adapts to the shape of the body) as it provides a soft support while retaining its original position. The force exerted by SuperSoft exerts helps keep the nape and neck correctly aligned. SuperSoft is free of chemical blowing agents and has an open-cell structure that facilitates air circulation and low thermal conductivity, while offering a pleasant sensation of freshness.
Gel is a non-toxic polyurethane material that does not harden, maintaining its capacity to distribute the pressure of the body correctly over time; possessing a great ability to control the temperature, promote a truly regenerating relaxation. Gel is a material certified for its non-toxicity, which shapes to the body and thus offers tailor-made relaxation; with its great temperature-control capacity, it promotes truly rejuvenating relaxation.
Our foaming system is comprised of 9 mixing lines for production different materials: FLEXFOAM, MEMORYloving, AIRMEMORY, SUPERFresh and GREENBIORELAX. The foam blocks obtained from these materials are used for making pillows, mattress-core, rolls and flaky material by the meter (the latter is used for quilting and other applications).
Foam blocks manufactured in “discontinuous” mode are available in various sizes and customizable to meet any request in terms of colour, shape and fragrance. We use special pigments such as silver, gold, gel, copper, graphite, etc. to create bespoke products and enhance the foam’s functional properties. A special process using AquaCool, i.e. a PCM coating, represents a revolutionary treatment to ensure long-lasting breathability and freshness. Extremely resistant, it can be applied to AirMemory and SuperFresh slabs and pillows. It features a breathable layer, extremely cool and flexible, to ensure air circulation while eliminating moisture, making the material even more hygienic and comfortable.
Mattress-core undergo various processing modes and can be combined in a sandwich-like manner to obtain extremely functional applications! Embossed, pantographed, squared or undulated mattress-core with different load-bearing areas; countless combinations that allow us to create highly-performing products with a wide choice of load-bearing capacities, densities, as well as breathable and non-deformable foams.
As regards our cut pillows, we can rely on numerous cutting options, with the possibility of combining layers of materials to create densities with different characteristics.
