Green Foam is an Italian company specialising in the development and production of advanced polyurethane foams, Memory Foam and proprietary materials for the bedding, furniture, contract, healthcare, fitness, construction and agriculture sectors.
At the modern production site in Agliana, more than 8,000 m² are dedicated to the research, development and production of advanced, high-performing materials. An organisation structured into specialised areas makes it possible to follow the entire production process, from the formulation of raw materials to the finished product.
The production process comes to life in the Blending Area, the research and development centre where the formulations of Green Foam proprietary materials are created. The blocks obtained are then transformed in the GREENCUT Cutting Area, where sheets, sandwich sheets, toppers, pillows and made-to-measure processing take shape. Finally, the Moulding Area is dedicated to the production of pillows and items with predefined shapes, made to high standards of precision and consistent quality.
The production cycle is completed by GREENRECYCLE, the division dedicated to recovering and transforming production offcuts into new technical agglomerates for many different applications.
Over the years Green Foam has developed a family of registered materials designed to meet specific comfort and performance requirements: AIRMEMORY®, RETICOLDRY®, GREENBIORELAX®, FLEXFOAM®, MEMORYLOVING® and SUPERFRESH®. Ongoing research has also led to the integration of BioCrystal technology into the AIRMEMORY® and MEMORYLOVING® materials.
To support production, the company also has a Warehouse and Storage Area, Administrative and Sales Offices and a modern Showroom, dedicated to presenting products, materials and solutions developed in-house.
