Technology is the engine of Green Foam innovation. Foaming plants, automated lines and precision machinery work together to turn raw materials into materials with controlled technical characteristics that remain consistent over time. Monitoring and control systems guarantee product quality, traceability and reliability, while modern computerised pantographs make it possible to produce customised profiles and a wide range of processing options. Ongoing technological research allows us to develop ever more high-performing and sustainable solutions.
Once the formulations have been defined, the foaming plant starts production of the materials through 9 lines dedicated to different characteristics of support, elasticity, breathability and comfort. Automated plants and specialised workstations allow a production of more than 4,000 pillows a day, with traceability systems that ensure control over the entire production cycle. The department is also equipped with technologies for vacuum packing, heat sealing and the creation of customised packaging, as well as an automatic carousel dedicated to the production of customised gadgets and accessories.
The foaming plant develops innovative materials that give rise to the registered brands FLEXFOAM®, MEMORYloving®, AIRMEMORY®, SUPERFresh®, GREENBIORELAX® and RETICOLDRY®. Once polymerisation is complete, the blocks are transferred to the GREENCUT department, where cutters, pantographs and dedicated processing systems turn them into sheets, pillows, toppers, rolls and flaked material for quilting and numerous technical applications.
Every material starts from a formulation designed to provide specific characteristics of load-bearing capacity, resilience, elasticity, breathability and comfort. Ongoing research also makes it possible to develop foams enriched with plant-based components, essential oils, fragrances and customised colours.
