Our innovative department dedicated to the production of blocks and mattress-core made of HR and viscoelastic polyurethane foam, takes its name from our GreenCut collection, designed to ensure ultimate comfort performance and technical advantages.
The advantage of polyurethane lies in its versatility, thanks to which we are able to obtain a finished product suitable for a wide range of applications, with unique features, including improved workability. We use selected formulations to achieve materials with high mechanical characteristics in terms of comfort, softness and flexibility, with which we manufacture pillows and mattress-core, all customizable in terms of dimensions, thicknesses and shapes.
