An organisation structured into specialised areas makes it possible to follow the entire production process, from the formulation of raw materials to the finished product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"mt-5 wp-block-paragraph\"><mark style=\"background-color:rgba(0, 0, 0, 0)\" class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">The production process comes to life in the <strong>Blending Area,<\/strong> the research and development centre where the <strong>formulations of Green Foam proprietary materials<\/strong> are created. The <strong>blocks <\/strong>obtained are then transformed in the <strong>GREENCUT Cutting Area<\/strong>, where <strong>sheets, sandwich sheets, toppers, pillows and made-to-measure processing<\/strong> take shape. Finally, the <strong>Moulding Area<\/strong> is dedicated to the production of pillows and items with predefined shapes, made to high standards of precision and consistent quality.<\/mark><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The production cycle is completed by <strong>GREENRECYCLE<\/strong>, the division dedicated to recovering and transforming production offcuts into <strong>new technical agglomerates <\/strong>for many different applications.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Over the years Green Foam has developed a family of registered materials designed to meet specific comfort and performance requirements: <strong>AIRMEMORY\u00ae<\/strong>, <strong>RETICOLDRY\u00ae<\/strong>, <strong>GREENBIORELAX\u00ae<\/strong>, <strong>FLEXFOAM\u00ae<\/strong>, <strong>MEMORYLOVING\u00ae<\/strong> and <strong>SUPERFRESH\u00ae<\/strong>. Ongoing research has also led to the integration of <strong>BioCrystal<\/strong> technology into the <strong>AIRMEMORY<\/strong>\u00ae and <strong>MEMORYLOVING<\/strong>\u00ae materials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To support production, the company also has a <strong>Warehouse and Storage Area<\/strong>, <strong>Administrative <\/strong>and<strong> Sales Offices<\/strong> and a modern <strong>Showroom<\/strong>, dedicated to presenting products, materials and solutions developed in-house.
