BLOCKS THAT TAKE SHAPE<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The great advantage offered by polyurethanes<\/strong> lies in their versatility in terms of finished product properties, workability, ease of production and application. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Thanks to an accurate selection of formulations, we are able to obtain materials with high physical-mechanical properties providing comfort, softness and flexibility,<\/strong> from which we create cushions and foam sheets with customizable dimensions, thicknesses and shapes according to their application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Using \u201cdiscontinuous\u201d block technology, we create multiple types of materials<\/strong> in different sizes, entirely customizable to satisfy any need and request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Foam blocks are produced in our foaming plant, which is equipped with 9 different lines.<\/strong> Depending on the mixtures and processes involved, each block acquires different characteristics, such as load carrying capacity, resilience, etc. This enables us to achieve a wide range of blends that can be combined with various fragrances, colours, essential oils and vegetable oils (soy).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
