Foaming plants, automated lines and precision machinery<\/strong> work together to turn raw materials into materials with controlled technical characteristics that remain consistent over time. Monitoring and control systems guarantee product quality, traceability and reliability, while <strong>modern computerised pantographs <\/strong>make it possible to produce customised profiles and a wide range of processing options. Ongoing technological research allows us to develop ever more high-performing and sustainable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<div class=\"container-fluid m-0 p-0\">\n\t<div class=\"discontinuous-blocks\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"row\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"col-12 col-md-6\" data-aos=\"fade-up\" data-aos-delay=\"300\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"info-card margin-1\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2><b>MOULDING DEPARTMENT<\/b><\/h2>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Once the formulations have been defined, the foaming plant starts production of the materials through 9 lines dedicated to different characteristics of support, elasticity, breathability and comfort. Automated plants and specialised workstations allow a production of more than 4,000 pillows a day, with traceability systems that ensure control over the entire production cycle. Once polymerisation is complete, the blocks are transferred to the GREENCUT department, where cutters, pantographs and dedicated processing systems turn them into sheets, pillows, toppers, rolls and flaked material for quilting and numerous technical applications.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"vertical-rule\"><\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"container\">\n\t<div class=\"row\" style=\"padding: 15px\">\n\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>THE BLENDS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Every material starts from a formulation designed <strong>to provide specific characteristics of load-bearing capacity, resilience, elasticity, breathability and comfort. <\/strong>Ongoing research also makes it possible to develop foams enriched with plant-based components, essential oils, fragrances and customised colours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading mt-5\"><strong>ONGOING RESEARCH<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Research and innovation <\/strong>have always been one of <strong>Green Foam&#8217;s main strengths. <\/strong>Working with<strong> international partners and raw material suppliers, including BASF Italia S.p.A.<\/strong>, we continuously develop new formulations and materials that combine comfort, performance and reliability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The aim is not only to broaden the range of processing options available, but to create solutions that stand out for quality, durability and high chemical, physical and mechanical properties, offering our customers ever more high-performing and innovative materials.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>TECHNOLOGY AND INNOVATION IN POLYURETHANE FOAMS.
